Maddy's Preschool Christmas Concert

Maddy’s Preschool Christmas Concert was on December 13. Between being so darn busy and blogger crapping out on me when I tried to post this yesterday, I haven’t had a chance to post about it. Anyway, here’s a little pictorial of her special night. I have to say, she was pretty well behaved this time…at least compared to last year! :S
This is Maddy with her classmate Makayla. Aren’t they adorable in their little scarves?
They walked up in pairs singing “Ten Little Angels”. Maddy was thankfully seated near the end of the row. I think it helps keep her out of trouble! She was sitting next to Makayla (a good thing!) and Theo (not such a good thing. He tends to be a touch ‘rambunctious’ and a bad influence on her. She doesn’t need any help, trust me!) They also sang “I’ve Been Waiting for Christmas”, “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”, “Away in a Manger” and Maddy’s favorite “Go! Tell it on the Mountain!” This particular song had hand motions that went along with it and she never failed to impress me and those around us while shopping at Target with her hand motions and singing rendition of this song. LOL!
Maddy took the opportunity to scan the audience for us while the 3 year old class came to the stage. Here she is waving at us.


After the concert, Maddy indulged in the one thing she was looking the most forward to—cookies and punch! That’s all she would talk about when we talked about the concert. She’d say “Yes, and when we’re done, we’ll have cookies and punch, Mommy!” like it was the best thing ever! LOL.
We actually got another shot of her and another little girl in her class. It was crazy busy in the gym so we only got pictures of her with Makayla and in this picture, Maddy and her friend, Lyndsey. It was a fun night!
