Mispronunciations

One fun thing about having little kids are the words they mispronounce. My John is famous for his mispronunciations. Here's a smattering of today's mispronounced words:

Jope-esh really means "Joseph"
sunscream really means "sunscreen"
whel really means "whale"

The bestest part is that he's so serious when he says the word. We repeat it back to him properly, but he hasn't quite caught on to his errors. It's too cute.

What words do your kids mispronounce?

"Beserk" means "dessert" in Cate-speak. We think it's cute so we've never corrected her!

Andrew still says "lello" for "yellow."

"krut" is truck
for a long time DD was "gecky"
there is one more good one...hopefully I'll come up with it later and post again.

I remember...em-em-emd from DD. Took me forever to figure out she was saying "lemonade"
